Claiming the same bonus multiple times, collecting bonuses across different accounts, or exploiting system loopholes to obtain bonuses constitutes bonus abuse. In such cases, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

75db may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
Members wishing to close their account should contact the support team. Any valid wallet balance at the time of closure may be withdrawn, however any bonus balance will be forfeited.
For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team in the first instance. Most disputes are resolved within 48 hours.
If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, 75db will investigate and issue a final ruling, which shall be binding.
